Annika Carin Mitchell

Annika Mitchell focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate as well as Business and Corporate Law.  

In the area of estate planning, Annika works closely with individuals, couples, and families to make sure their hard-earned assets are transferred to intended beneficiaries. This might include updating existing estate plans or creating new wills and trusts to account for children, marriage, divorce, illness, estrangement, or a change in financial health. To provide well-rounded planning, Annika also collaborates with the clients' professional advisors, such as financial planners, insurance professionals, accountants, bankers, and other attorneys.

When a loved one passes away, Annika provides guidance to family members. Whether clients need assistance with probate court, trust administration, or small estates, she can help executors or beneficiaries navigate the process with compassion and efficiency.

Annika also represents a number of business clients in transactional matters, such as entity selection and business formation, corporate minutes, governance, business contracts, letters of intent, mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset and stock purchase agreements or transactions.
