Andrew Athis Muchoney

Andrew Muchoney represented me in a divorce case and I have to say he was the worst attorney I have ever seen. He is always disheveled to the point that the judge would point out how he looked. He is a laughing stock in the legal community and is never prepared for court. He does not return calls ...and makes numerous errors in documents. If you want someone to royally screw up your case and have money to burn you should hire him to represent you. If you want to have a chance at winning your case you are better off paying a homeless person on the street in front of the courthouse to represent you. If you hire him be prepared to file a complaint with the ARDC against him because he will screw you and your case up.

Andrew Muchoney is an excellent Attorney. He handled a double Real Estate Closing for my daughter and her husband. Everything went wonderfully well. He was professional, diligent and great to deal with. His knowledge of Real Estate is above and beyond the normal type of Attorneys out there. I hig...hly recommend Mr. Muchoney to anyone needing a Real Estate lawyer.

I made the best choice possible hiring Andrew Muchoney for the very difficult family matter case, spanning well over a year, up against the mother of my son (who chose to be pro se). Andrew kept me informed, calm and encouraged. On my own, I would have given up the battle and lost my good relations...hip with my son (now age 12). Andrew genuinely cares, especially in regard to what is in the best interest of the child or children involved. Andrew does not mince words. He is very down-to-earth and straightforward.

A first time experience for me at then age 64, Mr. Muchoney made the entire experience very comfortable for me with his availability, his willingness to answer my numerous questions, his genuine assurance and his... down-to-earth approach. The minute I met him in person, I knew I was in very good hands! If I ever needed a lawyer for my own self, I would hope it would be Mr. Muchoney.
