Misrepresentation!!

Mr. Whiters has had my case for well over 2 1/2 years now, he has been paid and has held the case up!!! I have given him undeniable proof, I have filed and researched everything on my own. I have constantly begged him to file motions and petitions and he keeps giving myself and the Board of Directors... the run around! I have lost so much because of him not representing us correctly. There are others waiting to prosecute but their telling us their hands are tide because of Mr. Whiters holding up the case..It's not even a upcoming court date set he keeps on feeding u lies asking for more money and he hasn't done anything to help us yet!
