Bill represented me in the purchase of my first condo in the city. I feel like I have a real trusted adviser that I can depend on to look out for my best interests. Bill led me every step of the way thru my first home purchase. He provided me a place to securely post and review all documentation involved in the transaction, he provided me the context and steps required each step of the way. At the closing, which was January 7, he identified an unexpected (single... page) form, and took the time to ask questions on it, why it was included, and if I should sign it. It turned out to be a new IRS form added for the new tax year. I immediately realized just how detailed Bill really is - he recognized the form was new, and wanted to ensure I was protected as his client. Would not hesitate to use again.

We hired Mr. Tasch for our closing while buying our new home, as well as for selling our old home. He is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. He is on top of getting all needed documents and having everything ready on time. He was able to help us negotiate, and he explained everything to u...s in terms we could understand.
