Fantastic divorce attorney

I went through a multi-year divorce process and Todd was wonderful to work with, despite the difficult situation. He was efficient, affordable and always available to me. He didn't charge me to read through tons of irrelevant documents or other nonsense as other divorce attorneys will do. Todd was ob...jective, he treated my ex with respect and kept me out of court. I can honestly say he just wanted what was best for me and my family. He can fight very hard for you if he has to but his skill is making sure things run smoothly and efficiently and stay in control. I would recommend Todd over any other Chicago area attorney (there are many horrible ones out there). Todd won't waste your time and money running down rabbit holes. He is goal-oriented and will get you through an overwhelming and confusing experience with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. His ability to translate and explain situations in simple, plain English versus legalese is exemplary. His partner, Rachel Zordani is also wonderful to work with. We achieved a fair settlement and I still have a good relationship with my ex-wife and I'll always be grateful for this.

Strong Recommendation to Hire Someone Else (Anyone)

Did Not Provide Informed Consent Allowed the Counter Party to Make False Claims Difficult to Work With. Does Not Return Calls Todd's Problems a More Important Than Your Case

Case resolved without litigation.

Todd did an amazing job for me. He had an inherent understanding of the pathological personalities involved in my case and helped to craft strategies to deal with same all while taking my lead on the pace I was comfortable moving. For me and my case, he was truly perfectly well suited. A primary re...ason my case got resolved and not litigated was due to his style and strategies. I am forever grateful.

Sloppy, unprepared, and nasty

The previous reviews mostly echo my experience with Mr. Feiwell, who was opposing counsel in my case. He arrived at depositions with foot-high stacks of papers, but never seemed to know their contents. He issued demands to third parties who were never involved in the case, with no purpose I could fig...ure except to embarrass or intimidate me. He asked questions to which he had already received answers, seeming surprised when he was told so. When he did not get the answers he wanted, he raised his voice, the only one in the room who ever did so. Once the case was settled, he resigned quickly — apparently recognizing that there was little money in it for him anymore — rather than supporting his client. I am perfectly capable of recognizing a talented opposing attorney, and would respect him, even on the other side. This is not that attorney. I hope he finds a career that takes advantage of his talents, whatever they are. Based on my experience, family law does not.

Divorce attorney

I hired tod for my divorce after payment of a total of 30 thousand. He didn’t show up to two court appearances. He didn’t even bother to call me. My experience was very negative. I would never recommend him to anyone.
