UNFAITHFUL ATTORNEY

TERRIBLE ATTORNEY! Never HIRE HIM TO REPRESENT YOU! He left all of his clients without any reason as to why, and our cases were never filed in court! He’s the worst attorney I’ve ever hired to legally represent me! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NOR MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!

"I recently became acquainted with Mr. Woerthweins’ work in the case of Deutsche Bank v. Bodzianowski, in which he successfully obtained dismissal of a foreclosure action by proving that the foreclosing bank did not have proper standing. This is an important case regarding the requirement that a financial institution prove that it is the legal owner of the borrower's note and mortgage before it can foreclose on the borrower. Mr. Woerthwein was able to show that the sloppy process by which the foreclosing bank claimed to gain ownership of the note and mortgage was insufficient to establish standing. This may help many homeowners facing foreclosure. I endorse Mr. Woerthwein."
