Stephanie is experienced, extremely smart and empathetic. I called her on a friend's recommendation after receiving a missive from the ARDC and she immediately eased my anxiety and got to work. She had the patience of a saint as I battled a round of covid and then did everything I could to avoid her... and ignore the peril I was in. Thankfully she persisted and when I finally realized the situation wasn't going to disappear on its own, Stephanie helped me resolve the issue without any action by the ARDC.
