Unfortunately, I was one of those people who believed what they saw on the internet on sites such as reddit and other forums. I did not do anything when I received th notice from my isp. Several months later I was served. I was more stressed than ever. I spoke to three different attorneys, but Antone...lli Law made me feel most at ease. I called and spoke with a receptionist. Mr. Sanders called me back instantly. He was very friendly and was very straightforward, which I appreciate in an attorney. He spoke like he knew what he was talking about. He did ask me why I did not do anything when I first received the notice and I was honest with him. He told me to always consult an attorney, and that things online can be wrong or misleading. He did not make me feel stupid for listening to online forums, but he stressed that it could put you in worse situations. I settled the matter outside of court, and what I paid was close to what Mr. Sanders indicated. I am glad taht I found Antonelli Law because they made a horrible experience, slightly better.

I was sincerely worried when I was served papers from my internet provider regarding copyright infringement. I began googling law firms that helped with this sort of thing. The first firm quoted me at $2500 and did not make me feel great about my options. I then called Antonelli Law and Paul not only... quoted me for less, but he explained that I did have options and he did not leave me feeling hopeless. Paul successfully handled my case with better than expected results. I would highly recommend Paul if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Paul represented me (via Antonelli Law) in my Strike 3 case. Throughout the process, he contacted me late for multiple meetings and even contacted me once midway through a scheduled meeting (which he hadn’t showed for) to say he wasn’t coming and we would have to reschedule. He failed to negotiat...e an anonymous settlement, which is advertised as one of the main perks of using Antonelli Law. Instead, my personal information was released to Strike 3 midway through negotiations. Remaining anonymous was of the utmost importance to me, and Paul and Antonelli Law failed to deliver on that promise. He was unfriendly and closed throughout the process, occasionally implying that I was being dishonest with him - which I wasn’t, of course. Instead of Paul representing me in negotiations with Strike 3, I felt like I was having to negotiate with Paul. I can’t recommend his services to anyone. He gets 2 stars instead of 1 because in the end he technically did negotiate a settlement value equal to the maximum amount I stated I was able to pay, even after pressuring me to pay more several times.

I was in a panic when I received a letter from my internet provider about a subpoena. I contacted a lawyer from another group and he made me even more stressed, I then contacted Paul and he immediately made me feel better, very patient and got my initial settlement greatly reduced and in a very short... time frame. I would go with him immediately if you get into a similar situation.

Paul had so much knowledge and energy. He also had infinite patience for my zillions of ( often noob ) questions - not as someone who HAS to be, but as someone really engaged in their profession. He laid out a course, and made it happen. Really saved me! Just the best. Every single person I interacte...d with at Antonelli was super!
