My experience with this attorney was frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was poor, emails and calls often went unanswered for long stretches of time. When I did get updates, they were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling more confused than reassured. What was most disappointing was th...e lack of genuine care and effort. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and like just another case file on the desk. Legal matters are stressful enough without having to chase down the very person you hired to help. I would not recommend Melanie based on my experience.
