Ineffectual and disreputable
Matt was partially responsible for a case of mine in Illinois; he over-billed and was an obvious hindrance to progress, to the point where I had to formally complain to his then-employer. I am glad to say, he has since moved on to a new firm, where I wish him well but am glad not to rely upon him.
