She represented my infant child, and took no substantial action until about 6 months into the case. She comes off as cold/no emotions. She met with me once for 1 hour with a promise to complete the assessment at another session. She never completed the assessment or responded to my emails afterwards.... She has regular communication with the other side (the mother), but refuses to call me back or respond to emails. She negatively characterized me and her relationship because my communication with her expresses lengthy concerns, cites relevant statistics and research, and includes charts etc. Two or three times she missed court dates w/no advanced notice. This delayed the case and parenting time with the estranged parent. My child ended up developmental delayed with attachment issues. The blame shouldn't be completed put on her as she did not cause the issues, but I wish I never paid her as an attorney for my child. She's clearly biased for the mom and seems that is biased towards moms in general.

wouldn't move a muscle or give the case file a second thought after going in front of the judge. Somhowe she got a job representing children in the domestic courts. I feel soo bad for all the other children being taken advantage of under her watch. She did not follow though on any of my suggestions a...nd requests. She did as little as possible from start to finish.
