Biography
Experienced Construction, Mechanics Lien, and Real Estate Attorney. I have considerable experience in the area of real estate law which includes construction and mechanics lien litigation as well as drafting mechanics liens and bond claims. I also practice in the general area of commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and the representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. I assist entities with their transactional needs, which includes contract review, drafting, and negotiation, and assist my clients in resolving disputes outside of litigation. I completed mediation skills training at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, and am available to mediate disputes employing a style that ranges from purely facilitative to evaluative, depending on the parties desires and the subject matter of the dispute.
