Do I have any course of action against State Farm Insurance for putting damaged parts on my vehicle after an accident?

If the damage relating to the rollover precedes your accident State Farm is not responsible to pay for said damages.

Why would the insur. comp. have to be on the check owed to me for property damage, it wasn't included to obtain loan ?

I agree with my colleague. I would review the insurance policy and determine whether or not the insurance company is allowed to place the mortgage...

If you are certain that the holder of the second mortgage or lien is not listed on the title, then technically said lien holder is not recognized...

You most certainly can just let the house go as you suggest. Bankruptcy will only buy you a little time and remove the possibility of the bank...

Chiropractic physicians are licensed in the State of Illinois. Ask for a copy of the policy.

I assume you had insurance. If that is the case, all you have to do is report it to them. They will take care of the rest.

If you have insurance on your own car, they may cover it. If you took out insurance from the car rental company you should be okay.

Yes. The lender will require collision coverage. The state requires liability coverage.
