I am currently with John buckmiller and associates. My attorney is Sahar and neglecting my case. The first time I spoke to her was about a week and a half after I paid them and she told me she couldn't help me so I asked for my money back. After that she said she could help me. Then she told me that ...she was working on it and haven't done anything for my case or communicated with me at all. I am so disappointed because I can't reach anyone besides the front desk I've emailed them I can't reach anybody. If anybody else knows how I can get my money back not help my case at all and I've been left in the wind and I'm losing custody of my daughter.

I received "reminder" calls or emails from both that continued to be friendly and encouraging, not angry and pushy! I was by then back to work and it was tough to gather the info they needed. They never forgot me or ignored me!!! I had a great outcome to my case and felt it was solely due to their experience and persistence with me and the IRS! I relied on their counsel and never felt minimized or unimportant. Very reputable and above board! I again, wish to sing their praises to the highest rooftops and across the internet!
