Personal Information:
Living with debt can be a constant struggle. Taking the first step toward a solution is challenging, but at Bentz Law Firm our number one concerns are listening to our clients and providing individualized plans so each person can leave armed with the knowledge they need to get to where they want financially. My job is making sure our client's know and understand the legal options they have. I work hard for my clients and if they are loosing sleep, chances are I am too.
Professional Information:
I am entirely devoted to serving Chicagoland and Lake County, Indiana. I began my career as a Criminal Prosecutor. After more than 25 felony and misdemeanor trials and countless hours of in-court litigation experience, I began working for one of Chicagoland’s largest bankruptcy firms.
Although working for a large bankruptcy firm provided me with exposure to literally hundreds of bankruptcy cases, I felt that an important part of the individualized client-attorney relationship was missing. Unlike many larger firms, I believe each client deserves an attorney who has the time to listen, the compassion to understand, and the intelligence and determination to provide results.

Hire the best!

Hard to get to email you or return calls
She found me and ask me about working on a project. She would not email me, but ever two weeks. We tell me one thing one week and then tell me another thing next time.
