Received award of excellance from Chicago Law Bulletin for achieving the highest verdict ever in a lead poisioning case in Donald Howell v Chicago Housing Authority (16 million) . Have achieved many other 7 and 8 figure settlements in addition to Howell e.g. Christensen v. Sherman Hospital 22 million for delay in diagnosing infection, Chelos v. DuPont 39 million in drug products case involving Coumadin, Rubenstein 23 million for delay in diagnosing infection, 19 million dollar recovery for construction accident during building of I-88, 8 million in construction site accident in Birch, and many, many more. Contributing author and lecturer in continuing legal education programs of Illinois Trial Lawyers, Chicago Bar Assc and Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
