Well i hired this firm not just for one case but for 2 and both lawyers disappear when i need to talk to them or never answer my emails, calls or even return any of'm my cases are still going but I'm looking for a new attorney and fire this firm If I hired them was to get answers any time I need t...hem right? STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

1/19/2015 Mr. Kress is an honest competent attorney, he is very informative and does his job with the up most integrity. He seems to genuinely care about how you have been affected with your injury and been treated by your employer. He has on many occasions called me just to see how I was doing tha...t day...that shows he really cares. Anytime I called him and left a message he was very prompt with getting back with me. Anytime workman's comp was not paying my TTD or any of my bills he was right on it making sure it got done. I could not ask for a better attorney and I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney!!!

Today is Jan, 14th 2015. I hired Frank Kress in Dec. 2013 for a work comp case. I was skeptical about hiring a lawyer from Chicago when I am located in southern Illinois: concerned about communication issues, etc... Mr. Frank Kress proved that I made a good choice hiring him. Frank is an excellent la...wyer!! Frank was in communication with me throughout my entire case; keeping me informed on ever level. Frank was very professional and showed much concern about me as a person and my health. Frank was very knowledgeable and was able to answer ALL my questions immediately; not having to "get back to you". In my opinion, Franks experience, high level of work standards, persistence, and extreme knowledge of the law got me the great settlement award I received. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MR. FRANK KRESS and I recommend him as a lawyer.

I have been involved in a wc case with Mr. Kress for the past 7 years. The wc system is complicated at best with a "hurry up and wait" attitude which can be very frustrating for both client and attorney. My personal experience with Mr. Kress is that he is knowledgeable of the wc system, trustworth...y with confidential information and communicates progress on your case in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mr. Kress in the practice of wc law.

I want to write this review with true and honest feelings. Since Mr. Kress has handled my case 3 years ago, I have had nothing but stress free living. I was hurt on my job in 2011. Mr. Kress has taken great care of not only me but also my family. He has always made me feel that I am being well taken ...care of . Dealing with an employer and their insurance can be a nightmare. If I did not have Frank and I can call him Frank due to he is a true friend on my case, I would have been fired from my job and replaced. Frank has taken great time and effort in making sure I have been paid every week. Sure some times the insurance company likes to play games, but Frank was always on the phone with myself and the insurance company getting things in order. A friend had recommended Frank to me and I am sure glad I found an honest and hard working lawyer. I just want to say thanks and I would and will recommend Frank D. Kress to anyone who is in need of his services.
