Run Dont Walk from Attorney Frank Kress !
He is awful and I wouldn't recommend him to file a claim for my dog. I caught him in lie after lie and got fed up with him. My advice is to run don't walk away from this guy. This is my opinion after hiring him. Do your own due diligence if you decide to hire him and good luck.
