I Would Re-Hire
I sought Mr Baumgarts representation fro another state for my brother. Our phone conversation was rushed. Our appointments were about money as much as it was the case. Fran Made phenomenal court room appearances, and won the federal case to our satisfaction. Not what i expected as a defense attorney ...

Adequate
This man has been representing me for a Domestic Violence case for months. His biggest concern seems to be my drinking. Every time I see him he constantly lectures me on my drinking. He does not have people skills. He seems cold and detached when we talk. Constantly worried about money.
