Biography
Eunice Ward has practiced family law for her entire legal career and has hands on experience with the divorce courts, judges, and mediators. Eunice is committed to assisting her clients in achieving a successful and workable outcome to their divorce.
Ms. Ward received her Juris Doctor from IIT – Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1979 and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. In 2002 she was named one of “Chicago's Thirty Tough Lawyers” by Chicago Magazine.
Eunice Ward is able to balance each client’s unique, immediate needs with a realistic assessment of the client’s future financial requirements. She is known for positive, straight-forward attention to her cases and has sound, successful trial experience. Ms. Ward has been influential in the custody area of the divorce bar; she assisted in writing the law regarding joint custody and worked for its incorporation into the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act.

3 year divorce
Once Eunice figured out that I had no more money to pay her, she quickly finished my divrce. She was rude, and in retrospect I should have gotten rid of her after the first year. The mistakes she made cost my children their future.
