David Jack Rosenfeld

I hired David to handle a criminal in which I was wrongly charged. David was hard to reach by phone and when I was able to meet with him his behavior became more and more erratic. When I finally told him I had lost confidence in his ability to represent me he swore at me and called me all sorts of na...mes.

Mr. Rosenfeld was consistently late for court hearings, in our opinion misrepresented the number of times he had contact with the defendant at CCDOC, and from 12/4/2013 until the present (1/12/2014) has not returned a single phone call, voice mail message, text message, or been available for a single... call from the defendant. We have had to retain another attorney to represent our son for his upcoming court appearance and will pursue other actions with regards to Mr. Rosenfeld. We discovered his license suspensions after we'd retained him as counsel for our son. Had we known about these suspensions, we would never have retained him.
