The statements I am about to make are factual and are not influenced by my own personal opinion. Miss Thompson-Burks was hired by Bridgeview Bank to handle my eviction case. Miss Thompson Burks, convinced me to sign papers I shouldn't have, to which I own this responsibility. Miss Thompson Burks a...nd/or one of her staff members, added my name to a sequential case number that will continue to ruin my credit even after I have fulfilled my true obligations/debts. I attempted to contact Miss Thompson Burks, to clarify the matter. Miss Thompson Burks requested I fax documentation and I complied. Nothing has changed and I have not heard from Miss Thompson Burks since. I see she has been suspended for misconduct and so moving forward, I will have no choice but, to pursue to have these judgments removed under my own dollar while filing a civil claim to be made whole. Miss Thompson-Burks has sullied my reputation and will cause me monetary damages in the forseeable future, to which I will lose time and money trying to recoup my losses. . . Pro Se, unfortunately.
