Brian Patrick Forde

I contacted Brian when my commerical investment building just outside Chicago was reassessed in 2007. Brian was the best tax attorney- hands down- I have worked in the area. He is a no non-sense professional who fought for me, kept me informed during our case, and got a great reduction for me. I was referred to his firm, O'Keefe, that has been around, so I knew I was with a good attorney but ultimately I was pleasantly surprised. He returned my calls (a shocker from my past experience with other lawyers over the years) he knows his business and most importantly, he obtained excellent results. I share ownership with my father and sisters, so this hit our family finances directly. He saved us over $400,000 in real estate taxes, then went in again in 2008 and 2009 when we lost some tenants and secured more relief to help us through a rough patch. Perhaps most astoundingly, I felt I was overcharged in the past in terms of fees in my tax cases. His fees were very fair and clearly explained, and he agreed to cap them.
