Biography
Arnie has been a member of the Illinois Bar for over thirty years and has extensive experience in foreclosure defense. Having previously represented plaintiffs (lenders), he is well versed in foreclosure law and the methods of operation of the foreclosure firms. This makes him an extremely knowledgeable and highly effective counsel for homeowners. Arnie is also an experienced bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real estate attorney, so he understands the overall financial situation faced by clients whose homes are in foreclosure.
Arnie has conducted foreclosure seminars at the Chicago Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, Decalogue Society, Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Chicago Legal Clinic, and other civic and community organizations in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, including the Chapter 13 trustee's office. He has also participated as a panel member in Clerk of the Circuit Court Dorothy Brown‘s Foreclosure Summits. Arnie is a graduate of IIT Kent College of Law and received his LLM in Real Estate Law from John Marshall Law School.
