Susan Marie Baker

Susan Baker focuses her practice in labor and employment law, with particular emphasis in employment litigation. She represents clients in matters involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, the Illinois Human Rights Act, wage and hour disputes, trade secret disputes, workers' compensation retaliation and non-compete claims. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before a number of authorities, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Human Rights Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor. She is involved in all phases of the litigation process.
