Slaven has been an amazing attorney throughout our homebuying process. We just closed today, and me and my husband are delighted to be starting our journey as first time homebuyers. Not only did he get the deal closed, he dealt with a lot of complicated issues that typical real estate deals do not deal with (such as setting up an HOA, Condo Declaration/Survey discrepancies, insurance issues, p...roperty tax issues, etc.). He was always in contact with us throughout the process and was honest when he did not feel comfortable proceeding with closing because certain items were not in order. The icing on the cake was when he found unneeded fees that the title company tacked on the final closing documents and fought to get them removed. He went above and beyond what a buyer's attorney typically does and my husband and I cannot be more grateful. I am a first time home buyer did not know much at all on purchasing a property slaven helped me all the way get into my first home .
