Slaven has been an amazing attorney throughout our homebuying process. We just closed today, and me and my husband are delighted to be starting our journey as first time homebuyers. Slaven was very understanding and was readily available (even late at night) to answer any questions or concerns that ...we had. He was very thorough with his explanations, and made it easy for us to understand. He went to bat for us and made sure to keep us motivated to push forward! We are so grateful that Slaven took the time to not only get everything in order from a legal perspective, but check on us as well from a mental standpoint too. Slaven was recommended to us by our realtor and we are extremely pleased we hired him. Not only did he get the deal closed, he dealt with a lot of complicated issues that typical real estate deals do not deal with (such as setting up an HOA, Condo Declaration/Survey discrepancies, insurance issues, p...roperty tax issues, etc.). He was always in contact with us throughout the process and was honest when he did not feel comfortable proceeding with closing because certain items were not in order. The icing on the cake was when he found unneeded fees that the title company tacked on the final closing documents and fought to get them removed. He went above and beyond what a buyer's attorney typically does and my husband and I cannot be more grateful. We will definitely be using Slaven in the future and will be recommending him to family and friends as well.

Slaven represented us for a residential real estate purchase. He did an excellent job overall, providing good advice at every stage of the process. He was very communicative and responded quickly via phone or email (and I contacted him many times!). He was able to improve our title insurance cover...age and saved us money at closing, and was very diligent about keeping us on the right side of the terms of the purchase contract.
