Great Service

The Law Offices of Richard Hanus, with great success, assisted us from start to finish throughout the immigration process. My family and I were looking into immigrating to the United States from Canada, and were up against the complexities of the US immigration process. We were unsure as how to proc...eed and our options, therefore we contacted Richard Hanus for information and advice on how best to move forward. Richard was referred to us from a friend who had a positive and successful outcome after using him. The final result was my family receiving their immigrant visas/green cards and a pathway to US citizenship. What I enjoyed most about working with Richard Hanus was his knowledgeability in his field of working with the US government in regards to his clients and their immigration goals. He advised and spoke intelligently about the immigration process, presented accurate timelines and appropriate case studies when necessary. He was expedient on his end when submitting documents/correspondence for each case. Richard was also very informed on the current and changing laws pertaining to US immigration and advised appropriately on how they may and/or may not pertain to each case. All in all, if you're looking for excellent service and counsel that is reliable, conscientious and knowledgeable, Richard Hanus and his firm are for you.

Excellent service

Richard and his firm helped me and my employer through all steps for the H-1B, H-1B extension and then my green card process. Each step went so smoothly, with well-organized planning and prompt status updates. There were no surprises such as missing document or deadlines, disapproval, and etc. One of... the most important things for me while the process was pending was I felt I was certain that I was going to get what I wanted to get through him. Having that confidence makes me recommend other people to do business with him without hesitation. Thank you to Richard and his staff!

Richard Hanus a lawyer who will tell you the truth

You can absolutely trust Richard Hanus to care of your case because he will tell you the truth from the start, tell you the risks and benefits that you could get as a result. Richard will also explain you what he will do with the money that you pay him. He is reliable and goes with the client for al...l court dates or appointments at Homeland Security. Our case involved reopening an old deportation order and eventually getting my husband his green card after getting approval of his provisional waiver. Richard guided us successfully throughout every step and we are most grateful. Thank you Richard.

Excellent lawyer the best out there.

Richard Hanus is extremely good at what he does, honest and will do a good job. Richard helped me complete the transition to accomplish my goal of becoming a US citizen and he is someone I would recommend having on your side throughout the process. He was knowledgeable about all circumstances r...elated to my complicated case and the process was completed in a timely manner. He and his staff were friendly, as well as diligent in answering my questions and concerns. I really enjoyed working with Richard and he is well worth the cost.
