Following a successful career in personal injury defense, Miguel is now a partner with Cogan & Power, P.C., a preeminent firm concentrating in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Since joining the firm in early 2015, Miguel has been involved in several multi-million recoveries on behalf of firm clients. Although Miguel is experienced in handling a wide variety of matters, his core practice involves wrongful death and medical negligence claims.
Miguel is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin (inactive) and he is a member of the trial bar for the Northern District of Illinois and the Western District of Wisconsin.
