Michael Jason Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg is a Founding Partner at Whiteside & Goldberg.  He has extensive expertise representing individuals and families that have suffered catastrophic losses caused by the negligent conduct of other in serious personal injury and medical malpractice actions.  Michael is married to his college sweetheart and they have two healthy and handsome boys together.  He takes enormous pride in being the best husband and father for his family, which translates seamlessly into representing families in some of their most desperate times due to someone else’ negligence.   One rarely finds such an extraordinary combination of talent, genuine passion, professional courtesy, and expertise in someone so young. 

During Mr. Goldberg's early career, he consistently ranked in the top 2.5% of all lawyers in Illinois who were 40 years old and younger.  At the age of 32, Michael was one of the youngest recipients of the honor in the history of the award. Presently, Michael still gets bestowed with the Superlawyer honor. The American Trial Lawyers Association has honored Michael as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” consistently since 2009.  Even more, Michael was named as Illinois' Top 40 lawyers in 2010 by Law Bulletin Publishing, an award bestowed on only 1% of all Illinois attorneys. Michael’s experience and credibility in the personal injury and medical malpractice industry has attracted local news and radio outlets as well, including the ABC Chicago, the Chicago Tribune and Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
