I've dedicated my career to assisting clients with a broad range of litigation, real estate, and probate matters, including contract disputes, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, employee non-compete agreements and employment discrimination claims, antitrust matters and consumer fraud claims. I also counsel owners of closely held and family-owned businesses through shareholder disputes and lockouts, and represent commercial and residential property owners with lease disputes and evictions, construction defect claims, and mechanics lien claims. I also have experience assisting clients with real estate transactions and probate matters, including administering complex trusts and estates and initiating guardianship proceedings. My experience also includes representing insurance producers and companies in a wide range of coverage claims, broker liability disputes, and administrative proceedings.
