It was clear after several real unnecessary continuances that she was far more interested in maximizing her billings than in representing my interests. She instructed me not to come to monthly status hearings, and when I showed up at one I saw why. I was being billed an average of over $1000 per mo...nth for no forward progress on my divorce. Additionally she charged an illegally high interest rate on unpaid balances of her bill, which is currently being adjudicated. She was,in fact, far more antagonistic toward me as her client than toward the other side. I can understand a professional demeanor, but there was no trace of zealous advocacy there.
