Having Lindsay as my lawyer made the whole divorce process, less stressful. She handled every obstacle that came our way from my ex-husbands lawyer with ease, structure while keeping my feelings in mind. Lindsay, was always available via phone or email and no matter what questions, concerns or "freak... out's" I had, she was prompt in her response back and would let me vent. Her calm nature but feisty attitude was in line with what I needed. Calm on the phone for me and feisty in the courtroom and conversations with my ex-husbands lawyer; she would not back down. Lindsay gave great advice on when it was time to accept the offer but left it up to me to decide, while offering other scenarios should I decide to continue. The greatest feeling is having a lawyer who wants to get the settlement/divorce done and be pleased with the outcome so you can move on with your life, instead of racking up the bills. Lindsay was in my corner, fighting for me and my sanity and I appreciated all the time she spent on a case that shouldn't have been as long as it got dragged out to be. Her knowledge in divorce and separation law is noticeable and impressive. She took the time to explain things in greater detail when law terms would come up in paperwork or conversations. Within 6 months of hiring Lindsay, I was divorced. She pushed both parties along to reach an agreement, settle and was determined with exceptional skill to stop the other party from ruining the deal on the 11th hour.
