knowledgeable, prompt, and very efficient

We worked with Jonathan in multiple real estate transactions, and he provided to-the-point advice in everything we discussed with him. His expertise and experience helped us navigate through various aspects of the process, in a very efficient manner. He was also very responsive in all occasions.

Professional and Responsive

I've worked with Jonathan Aven two times now, both on a new property mortgage closing. He's always responsive, explains each step in the process, and willing to provide extra information at any time. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Highly recommend for your legal real estate needs

Jonathan was referred to me by my real estate agent for a recent home purchase, and I'm extremely happy to have been introduced to him! From the outset of needing representation, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. He was always willing to answer any questions I had and... was very prompt in doing so. His experience is evident and made me feel very comfortable throughout the duration of the transaction. Jonathan clearly had my best interests in mind as a home buyer and I would highly recommend him if you are in search of a real estate attorney.

Very responsive and knowledgable

I would recommend Jonathan and would personally use him again for future real estate transactions. He was quick to review documentation and was always available for questions (even answered them in kitchen table English). I appreciate how transparent and smooth he made the closing process.
