This Man Will Help You!

John Ellsworth is a brilliant tax lawyer, as others have said. Equally important to me, however, is how caring this man is. He would always call me with updates on his case even on weekends so I would not have to worry between Friday and Monday and I could relax instead. My case was a very comple...x IRS tax audit (I am a real estate professional) and John wrote the brief that won my case. I would be happy to recommend John to anyone else with a tax issue. This man can help you!

Attorney did not honor his attorney fee service agreement contract and did honor the partial refund for not completing services

This attorney does not return phone calls, emails, faxes and mailed IRS correspondence in a timely manner. This attorney has missed numerous IRS deadlines to respond in a timely manner. This attorney / Law Group has changed its phone numbers, office addresses, fax numbers and email addresses from its... initial Power of Attorney and Attorney Fee Agreement Service Contract without updating the customer or IRS examiner of such changes. Making it virtually impossible for myself or the IRS examiner to reach this attorney in a timely manner. This attorney does not follow up in a timely manner with representation on time sensitive deadlines. He does not return my phone calls, emails, or faxes in a timely manner to meet time sanative deadlines. His office and assistant is very rude and non responsive and email hostile threats instead of resolving issues to its end that were paid in a fee agreement and contract. This attorney did not provide the services rendered per its fee agreement and contract signed. This attorney was paid a fee twice of $2,500.00 for a total of $5,000.00. This attorney emailed me stating that he was too busy to honor the contract that he signed and offered a partial refund. This attorney did not finish the job that he was paid for to its entirety. The IRS examiner and Group Supervisor tried to contact him numerous times via regular mail and phone. This attorney missed IRS deadlines causing me to have to finish the job that this law firm and attorney was paid in advance to complete to its completion. There was a scheduled conference call with the IRS examiner and myself in which this attorney hung up during the recorded conference call. Both myself and the examiner tried to call the attorney back to finish the call but were unable to reach the attorney. This attorney sent me a hostile email refusing to give me the partial refund that he promised of $2,500.00 for not completing the job to its end per the service agreement contract fee agreement signed previously by all parties. I am requesting the partial refund that he offered of $2, 500.00 for not completing the services rendered per his signed fee attorney service agreement contract for the cost of living audit portion of the fee agreement that he never completed to its entirety per his signed attorney fee agreement and service agreement contract .

John Ellsworth review

To put it simply, John has made my journey through IRS issues much more comfortable and he has eased my worries greatly. His long experience, kind and reassuring demeanor have many times calmed the tendency in me to be very worried. Once I called him while I was in a very uncomfortable situation, du...ring an unannounced visit from an IRS employee, and he handled the situation so smoothly that it became a non-issue for me. He has calmed my mind and put me at peace when the threatening letters have come from the IRS. He has prepared thoughtful and professional responses to the IRS in my behalf. He is very straight forward in his fees and never up-sells. I believe that John offers his highest and best performance! John has even answered my calls after business hours several times. He never complains or makes me feel like he does not have time for me when I call. I realize that this is the way that all attorneys SHOULD behave but that has NOT been my experience, with many other attorneys! Call him, you will be glad that you did. John is a credit to his profession!

John Ellsworth has been a very informative tax lawyer and has helped me tremendously handling the stress of the IRS.

I have been dealing with the IRS for several years now. It started out as a very stressfull experience. All of their threatening letters and scare tactics. I didn't know where to turn and during my search I found John Ellsworth online. I live in Utah and he is in Wisconsin but that has not made a dif...ference in his abilitiy to help me. He always returns my calls or emails and calms me down when I get too stressed by the scary IRS. I got behind on my taxes and John has worked out a strategy to get this monkey off my back. I feel like he is not only my attorney but also my friend. I feel like he really cares about me. That is very unique I think in this arena. I have slowed our progress towards a final resolution because I had to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in the middle of our negotiating with the IRS. John has been very patient and understanding. We are on the road now to a final resolution.
