Not Proactive at all
We recently settled my WC case and it was substantially lower than expected or discussed. I was not protected; neither was my job. I wound up loosing a job with a great company because my attorney (Chris) was not proactive and ignored quite a bit. I would never recommend them.

Great service and very agressive
They seem a little unorganized but they fought for my case as if it was their own family. I could sense they really cared for me and they did their best to get the maximum compensation. Overall my settlement was way over what I expected, so I ended up very happy with them.

Amazing
I have used the law office of James Gumbiner a couple of times. I used them once for a medical malpractice case and they got me a large sum that will take care of me for the rest of my life. The other case they settled for me was a personal injury case when I got into a car crash. They won both cases...

Well I had a case with him it settled in year I think himself and his staff need to be on it more they are all very mellow and laid back they kinda just sit around and wait for things to just solve themselves .they take forever to do everything u gotta call them and nag them all the time to get what ...
