I am an experienced trial lawyer, representing companies from as small as Ma and Pa stores to some of the largest retailers in the country. I try cases throughtout Illinois and Indiana in both state and federal courts.

Much of my practice is devoted to representing retailers in defense of pending premises liability lawsuits and also assisting in limiting future risk by training employees and insurance adjusters.

I typically represent retailers and product manufacturers in defense of product liability personal injury cases.

I serve as an independent mediator on personal injury cases.
