Attorney Lei and her team is AMAZING. If you have a dream to stay in the United States, look nowhere else. My H1B case is very complicated, I consulted a lot of immigration attorneys and most of them wouldn’t take my case. I have been denied three times before, (luckily I won the lottery 4 times), I ...have used five different immigration attorneys for H1B and RFEs, I have talked to countless attorneys, so I know this game, and my review is dead serious here. Attorney Lei’s team has the expertise to handle my case professionally and worked on my case proactively. I don’t know how the team can respond to my messages day and night instantly and they took great care of my case. I rarely write any reviews anywhere because I am very lazy. I am writing because attorney Lei’s team deserve the best review and you should feel extremely lucky if you are reading this post. I will refer attorney Lei to all my friends for sure and I will be pissed if any of my friends do not choose Attorney Lei. Getech is the best law firm in the filed of immigration from my own experience. Thanks to my attorney, Ge Lei, my H1B Extension case and I-140 case got approved without any RFE. During we prepared the materials, all my questions got well answered and all the documents got filled correctly and no spel...ling mistakes (I had the experience of seeing and fixing a lot of spelling mistakes from another law firm's docs and I can not stand it). However, the snowstorm delayed my delivery and missed the deadline. Aurora called me immediately and did some measures, including contacting FedEx and emailing immigration officers. She also advised me to make other preparations like applying again in case of the possibility of rejection. Yes. we re-applied. About one week later, very fortunately, the immigration officer finally approval my case!! This is a long process of applying for o1b. Sometimes I want to give up because I suffered changes many times. But if you decide to start, then be brave and move forward. If you select Ge Lei, please believe in and trust them.
