Andrew handled our first home purchase for me and my wife. His work was excellent, he walked us through every step of the way (we needed everything explained to us as we are first time home buyers). He was always available to us and extremely prompt with getting back to us ( I can't tell you how impo...rtant that was for us being novices in this field). The whole process was nerve-wrecking since we had no experience whatsoever, but Andrew was able to calm everything down with his steady and professional manner. He found a few mistakes the sellers' attorney made before closing, as well as negotiated a repair credit from the sellers which was around $3000 more than what we expected!!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Andrew did for us, and his fee is very reasonable. Definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a lawyer in Chicago.
