I have used Chris on two sales and one purchase in the last 18 months and I have one more sale to go. He is very detail oriented and catches mistakes made by others that I never would have caught. One issue he fixed was a neighborhood down the street used my PIN when they purchased their new co...nstruction home. I caught it when I looked at the Zillow value and it showed a sale two years after I built and closed my home. I tried to get the attorney that made the error fix it but he flat out refused. I thought I'd have a more complicated closing but he took care of it all. I also purchased and sold a home in a relatively short time period. The home was a forclusure so they refused to provide a survey. I went ahead and paid for my own a few months after I closed so I could apply for a patio permit. When I sold my house just over a year after the survey was completed he got the sellers lender to accept my survey and saved me the expense. As a side note, I didn't get the patio so a new survey wasn't required because I didn't end up changing the property. I have even more examples where he saved me money but I think I got my point across, you will not be disappointed with Chris.

We dealt with Mr. Unger in lat 2009-2010 on the purchase of our home. Chris was always very accessible, and advised us on many different aspects of our real estate transaction. He went to bat for us when the seller tried to get out of some repairs, and he walked us through the closing step by step.... He always took the time to explain every detail in our contract and in my opinion, knew more about real estate than our agent did.
