I have used Chris on two sales and one purchase in the last 18 months and I have one more sale to go. He is very detail oriented and catches mistakes made by others that I never would have caught. One issue he fixed was a neighborhood down the street used my PIN when they purchased their new co...nstruction home. I caught it when I looked at the Zillow value and it showed a sale two years after I built and closed my home. I tried to get the attorney that made the error fix it but he flat out refused. I thought I'd have a more complicated closing but he took care of it all. I also purchased and sold a home in a relatively short time period. The home was a forclusure so they refused to provide a survey. I went ahead and paid for my own a few months after I closed so I could apply for a patio permit. When I sold my house just over a year after the survey was completed he got the sellers lender to accept my survey and saved me the expense. As a side note, I didn't get the patio so a new survey wasn't required because I didn't end up changing the property. I have even more examples where he saved me money but I think I got my point across, you will not be disappointed with Chris.

From my experience working with Chris, it is easy to feel like you are embarking on a partnership that is real. During our real estate process, he was there every step of the way assuring everything that needed to get done got done. My wife and I felt supported and protected throughout the experience.... After all, it is all too intimidating for most of us to decipher let alone take on many of those complicated steps in a real estate transaction. We bought and sold back in September of 2016. It is now March of 2017- I have had several questions for Chris since then and he is always willing to follow up and help out. Again, partnership. Thanks Chris!

First of all, this was the loan from hell. It was a foreclosure and we had goofy issues going on with multiple lenders. All I can say is that Chris Unger kept things very smooth and calm. It took over 50 days, but we finally closed and done! If it wasn't for Chris looking out to protect us as the... buyer, I'm not sure the deal would have all gone through. He was very accessible. We dealt with Mr. Unger in lat 2009-2010 on the purchase of our home. Chris was always very accessible, and advised us on many different aspects of our real estate transaction. He went to bat for us when the seller tried to get out of some repairs, and he walked us through the closing step by step.... He always took the time to explain every detail in our contract and in my opinion, knew more about real estate than our agent did.
