William rarely kept in touch, and when pressed for information he often times spoke down to me in a rude tone. In retrospect, I feel as though I had poor representation and could have done far better with a more thoughtful attorney not resting on his laurels as it was clear in my case that the opposi...ng counsel cared more for their client than my own. Alas, I was misguided to believe that hiring a top-notch firm would result in top-notch results. To his credit, he has decent people under his employ who showed the respect needed in very dark times and even said more than once that he is balanced out by those folks.
