Tracie A. Jablonsky

Tracie was the second attorney I hired in my custody case and my only regret is that I didn’t find her first. As victims of DV, she believed and advocated for me and my children like no other. It felt like the entire world was against us except her. Tracie fought tooth and nail every step of the way.... Her tactics of subpoena for the GAL who wouldn’t turn over documents & issuing motions to compel the next day the other side failed to produce kept such pressure on them that when it came time for trial, they folded like a house of cards. After having hired a previous attorney, I know that without Tracie, the outcome I got never would’ve been possible. She was very responsive, to my calls, texts & emails, even after hours and on the weekends bc I am a client to her, but she is one of the rare attorneys that gets that this is my life and showed me through her actions. She didn’t try to turn court appearances that could’ve been done via Zoom into in-person ones so she could bill me more. She doesn’t roll like that, another reason why she is exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with how Tracie helped me get exactly what I wanted. More people need to know how good she is. She is well worth every penny.
