Michael Joseph Anselmo

Working in a very customer-centric environment, my expectations of customer service tend to be sky high. I value promptness, professionalism and an attention to detail. For my recent (and very first) home purchase I worked Mike Anselmo and could not have had a more pleasant experience. From the initi...al phone call to my closing, everything was absolutely seamless. Mike answered all of my questions in detail, but also in a way that was easy for me to understand. The ease and comfort I had in dealing with all of the individuals from this firm is reason alone for me to highly recommend them.

So I understand that many law firms probably don't get great reviews. Particularly ones that deal with foreclosures and collections. However, I used Anselmo, Lindberg and Oliver's services in a recent commercial real estate transaction. I must say, I was blown away by the service and attention to de...tails the lawyers, Michael and Tom Anselmo put into my lease. I don't want to go into too many details of the transaction but not only did they bascially rewrite the lease that was very landlord friendly into a fair and mutually beneficial lease, but they somehow (still to this day, I don't know how) were able to broker a deal in which the current landlord would pay for some major improvements that we needed that would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. When ALO came back with our final lease I was in disbelief on how well it turned out for us. I never go on to these review sites but I felt compelled to create a profile as I saw they had a couple of bad reviews. I can't imagine how anyone could give them bad reviews. I have heard many stories about incompetent and greedy lawyers. I can tell you that ALO is the furthest thing from that. They were: professional, diligent, knowledgeable, prompt and most importantly, they got us a deal we didn't think was possible. I would highly encourage anyone seeking legal counsel to enlist the services of Anselmo, Lindberg and Oliver. You will not be let down with the end result!
