James Eric Pittman

I hired Eric on the recommendation of another attorney for my 4 and 5th DUIs. He beat both at the trials. I was looking at significant jail time for convictions on these offenses. He flat out won and I walked away with my license in tact. I can't say enough about him. He communicated with me at ...all times doing his best to put my mind at ease. Often I'd confuse court dates and I'd text him and he'd get right back to me. I saw 2 people did not like his representation on here. Based on his representation and how he conducted himself with me I don't believe either of them. Definitely hire him.

We met with Eric over the course of 6 months. Each time meeting seemed to range from problematic to feeling really good. Once trial was set , he never answered. Called him on a random number to just get him on the phone. He only seems to care about the money to go on his vacations Every other week.... Will tell you that he will help, that he knows the outcome based on evidence. trial comes and he just feeds to to the wolves- doesn't counter anything or ask question, doesn't do anything but sit there. Could have spent our money else where & gotten an actual decent lawyer who is a decent person. Go find a lawyer who won't lie to your face to get the rest of his check.

Eric at Eric Pittman law has represented me several times. Eric always treatments me with dignity and respect. He is available 24/7. I have exchanged texts with him several times at 2 am. Eric always has kept his word with me. He charges flat fees and in one case in particular he did a lot more ...work than either of us thought would be required and I offered to pay him more money and he declined saying that when he quotes a fee and he makes a mistake he lives with that mistake not me. Here is the other important thing that everyone should know about Eric. Early on in Eric's representation I was nervous about the outcome, until I noticed how he walked into the courtroom. You instantly know that he is in control. I don't know how else to explain it. If you use Eric as a lawyer you will know what I am talking about. I can't stress strongly enough how much I recommend using Eric as your attorney.

Eric took over a case that was in the hands of an attorney that wouldn't return calls, or respect my time as a paying client. He gave me a realistic expectation of what I could expect as an outcome, with the hope of achieving even better results. Eric did an amazing job in negotiating a favorable o...utcome for me in lieu of what could have been significant jail time. I can honestly state that very few attorneys would have been able to deliver the results that were provided to me by Eric. Highly recommended!

Case was going good, cause it was always continued, a trial date was set , but he gave me the wrong trial date, after several texting , he never would give me the correct court date, answering around the question, even tho he appeared and a warrant was issued for me. Found out he had another trial g...oing on my trial date. Threw me under the bus and kept my money.
