Foreclosure battle
The Calvo Law office is a great resource in fighting my foreclosure and negotiating with my lender.

Disappointing Response
I called this Attorney to seek additional help for a foreclosure case I have been fighting for 7 years. This "aggressive" Attorney's staff told me there is NOTHING that can be done after a summary judgement has been entered. Incredible! There are so many actions/motions I have found on the Internet about what you can do to keep fighting. Truthfully, if I had listened at the beginning of this process to every Attorney who told me "nothing can be done" I would have lost my home 7 years ago. This is deeply disappointing and just a waste of my time. If anyone is seeking an aggressive Attorney don't go here.

Response from James Calvo October 18, 2018
When you called our office, the staff patiently listened to you explain your situation and simultaneously reviewed your actual case file. In your case, it would have been particularly expensive to become intimately familiar the extensive file history, but necessary as we prepared to aggressively defend you. Because judgment had already been entered, our staff made a determination that the expenses were prohibitive. We always strive to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable for our clients.
