Biography
I am an attorney concentrating my practice in representing people and companies in legal disputes regarding contracts, non compete agreements, LLC and partnership agreements, other agreements, construction defects, mechanic's lien issues, and other disagreements that do not involve personal injuries. I also represent people buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate. Finally, I landlords seeking to evict tenants from their property. In this capacity I have represented local landlords as well as landlords from all over the country.
My office is in Naperville, I live in Auora, and I practice throughout the western suburbs.
Additionally, I have given presentations on legal technology issues for the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, The State Bar of Wisconsin, the Chicago Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the Lake County (Indiana) Bar Association. Also, I was the featured speaker at the 2014 Oklahoma Solo and Small Firm Conference..
