Kelly Ann Helland

Once Kelly A. Kramer has your money, she will be remarkable by her unresponsiveness and general absence. Over a four-week period, I emailed her on six or seven occasions in an attempt to get a simple record look-up. To this day I do not have the information I requested, and she responded to only one ...of the emails. I'm about to give up. This woman is about as useless as they come. She's so laid back she asleep and doesn't seem to care much about the situations of others. I would recommend her to no one. She was referred to me, so I guess the joke is on me.

Kelly takes her sweet time to respond to any requests or information. She's not just lazy and unprofessional, but she is also rude. She almost blew our contingencies and deadlines on several occasions and was impossible to reach by phone or email. To boot, if you actually do get ahold of her she acts... like nothing is a big deal. In this market everything matters especially deadlines. I would recommend anyone other than Kelly Kramer!!!
