Biography
I was born and raised in Aurora and currently reside in Aurora with my wife and son. In addition to my law practice, I serve on the Board of two local not-for-profit organizations, CASA Kendall County and the Aurora Public Library. I am also a den leader for Cub Scouts Pack 312.
I often represent individuals serving in a fiduciary capacity. This would typically include executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, partners, officers and directors. My practice takes me as far east as Cook County, as far north as Lake County, as far west as DeKalb County and as far south as Kankakee County.
A large part of my law practice is dedicated to real estate (residential, commercial, agricultrual). Whether representating a buyer or seller, my firm provides excellent service and affordable rates. In most situtations, my firm charges a flat rate and only receives compensation if the transaction closes.
