Closing Estate after a death in the family/attorney fees
He had taken over the previous practice of the attorney we worked with when setting up the will etc. He gets the job done - but, when we had a death in the family we used him to close the estate. We already had most of the work done by the previous attorney so we were shocked to receive a total bill...
